If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return any new, unworn merchandise with all tags attached within thirty (30) days for a full refund less your shipping costs. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed. An e-mail will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. Please return all items in the original package with all packing materials. If a return label is required, please contact us and one will be provided.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges are to be made within 30 days. Please specify the exchange item name, the color and size in an e-mail or phone call to customer service(information listed below). Return the item to be exchanged and, once received, your request will be processed. Please note all exchanges will be sent free of shipping charges. You will receive an e-mail notification once the exchange is processed. All exchanges are subject to availability.
